The Swan Hotel is located on the picturesque River Leven on the southern tip of Lake Windermere. It is a former 17th century coaching inn with bags of character, which has been converted into a boutique hotel, and welcomes families with young children. There are individually designed 2 bedroom family rooms with fabulous master bedrooms and kids bunk beds (little ones will love the milk and biscuits which are served at bedtime!).
